Guide Dog puppy Zaffino was welcomed recently to the Portland area by Oregon's #1 Weatherman and KGW-TV/NBC's Chief Meteorologist Matt Zaffino. In the coming months Zaffino's adventures in Oregon will be documented and aired on KGW-TV/NBC.
