Five GDB puppies-in-training from the Paws for Independence puppy raising club in Northeast King County had the opportuity to tour the Kenworth Renton truck plant in Renton, WA. The annual visit was hosted by Brian Okura, senior manufacturing engineer, and Brian Cook, production improvement manager. During the visit, the puppies-in-training walked the entire plant with their puppy raisers by their sides, allowing them exposure to new noises and distractions. The special tour group also visited the interactive PACCAR Technology Center and got a “dog’s eye view” from the cab of a hybrid green truck. Thank you Kenworth Truck Company!
